Therefore every new partnership starts out with a series of key steps which are essential for us to properly understand your needs and implement the most suitable methodology :
A study of your needs (languages, type of services (translation, DTP, etc.), types of documents, user departments, socio-styles, etc.) and your objectives during a pre-project meeting (face-to-face or by video-conference) with the project leader and sales contact.
Feasibility study & choice of team, selection of the translators. We find the translator corresponding to your needs, wherever they may be.
For example, do you need a Russian translator specialising in the railway sector? We will work with a native Russian translator based in Russia who may be a former railway engineer now working as a translator.
Immersion. If possible, we organise for the project leader to come to your premises and experience your company from the inside so that they can understand your products, operation and terminology and thus provide the translators with the most accurate information possible.
Together we set up the methodology corresponding to your needs and begin the creation of databases containing the terminology of your core business. The translator or translators have all the tools they need to understand you.
This is the final step before the start of an efficient partnership.

OUR PROJECT MANAGERS
Our project managers are experienced professionals, usually translators.
Their responsiveness, experience and analytical skills ensure that your assignments run smoothly. They carefully select each of the translators in line with the plan developed to suit your needs. They are supported by our proofreaders, terminologists, DTP operators and computer engineers to ensure rigorous management of the content and format of your files.
We develop technical glossaries specific to each customer.
These glossaries are validated by the customer, constantly updated and placed online on a secure platform, enabling the company and its subsidiaries to maintain and control the consistency of their specific terminology. This is very helpful for the translators, reducing time spent on contextual research.
Translation memories are databases containing texts or segments of source text and their equivalent translation in another language. Storing texts in this way allows previously translated texts to be used for subsequent translations.
This tool ensures terminology and phraseology are consistent across all translated files. It also means we can offer attractive rates taking this factor into account.
